Louis Tomlinson 'Faith In The Future' Anniversary Content
To celebrate the 1-year anniversary of Louis Tomlinson's album 'Faith In The Future', Blackstar's creative team were commissioned by BMG and Seven 7 management to create a range of content, including a bespoke Instagram filter enabling users to place themselves within the album cover, as well as a range of bespoke assets featuring unseen BTS photography from the album's creation.

The aim of the game is to collect spaceship parts so that music can once more be broadcast across the Spheres
You can play as four characters: Switch, Eko, Blaze and Loop. You must visit the three planets of Floris, Calypso and Supersolis and avoid the Silencers who are hunting you!
The game which is based on the epic video for 'My Universe' integrates with Spotify and Apple Music to drive streams. There is also a leaderboard showing the top ten highest-scoring players as well as data collection. Can you make it onto the leaderboard? Good luck!

4 years agoRadiohead Kid A Mnesia AR Filter
Our AR filter for one of our all-time favourite bands, Radiohead is out now! The filter is for the band's recent 'Kid A Mnesia' album which is a reissue of the albums 'Kid A' and 'Amnesiac' with bonus unreleased tracks.The filter is based around The Blips which were a series of short "advertisements" that were aired on TV during the lead-up to 'Kid A' and Amnesiac. They were usually between five and ten seconds long, with a short extract from one of the songs from the promoted album. The visuals for the blips were made by Stanley Donwood along with several collaborators, featuring the modified bear and various scenes of desolate alien landscapes, similar to those seen in the album art for Kid A.Our filter allows you to film or upload your own content and add Blips to them. The filter also includes buttons that allow you to choose which song to use too.

We are Always Create, a community and creative agency for freelance creatives based in London.
We were tasked with a brief to design digital animation assets for German singer, songwriter and producer Roosevelt Music.
We created digital social media assets to promote his latest single releases, utilising cool background animation graphics in line with his music style and influences of nostalgia and the 90's.
We created a digital experience engaging his fans by designing a VR Instagram filter.
The filter encouraged his fans to create videos of themselves performing Roosevelt's latest single which garnered over 32,000 hits.
As a creative agency we can work with you on digital design, animation, promo release assets, web design, to branding, photography and content creation.

Augmented Reality Easter egg hunt across Chicago with Grammy award winner Peter Cottontale.
5 independent stores in Chicago secretly put the ‘trackable’ AR posters up in their windows. Throughout the day Peter released clues on his Instagram account.
On the poster there is a QR code, which opens up the filter and a tracker mark ( [01] ) for the filter to track and know where to place the 3D model. The filters will only show the 3D model if the tracker mark is shown, which means you need to physical be there to find the egg.

🌹 As 2020 draws to a close (at last) we're looking back at some of our favourite projects from the year. First up is our AR filter game for Imanbek's remix of Saint JHN's #1 smash hit 'Roses' for Ministry of Sound/Sony Music Entertainment.
The track was the 2nd most-streamed track in the world on Spotify this year (only The Weeknd had more streams). The track was also nominated for a Grammy amongst countless other awards.

The aim of the game is to open your mouth to increase the size of the rose to match the outline. The game gets progressively harder as it goes on. When you get to the end your score will be displayed on a 3D mask made of thorns.

The game is based on the video for the track which features and epic car chase. The aim of the game is for the user to move their heads left and right in order to steer the car and collect coins.
