'Hackney Diamonds' is the latest album by rock & roll titans The Rolling Stones. Released in 2023 across a wide and exciting range of formats, Blackstar's creative team were commissioned by Polydor Records to create a range of video assets and product photography to promote the various vinyl, CD, and DVD editions.

Opeth - tour trailer

I was asked to create a trailer for Opeth’s 30th Anniversary Tour “By Request”, which gives fans the opportunity to vote for tracks they want to hear from the band’s back catalogue.

I had to choose a track from each album, edit the 13 together with footage from various shows over the years, and top 'n' tail it with intro and dates outro, which I used as an opportunity to get more involved with After Effects.

Bicep - Social Media Assets

Capture were tasked by This Is Music to create a suite of social media assets for the music act Bicep. The campaign ‘12 T-shirts, 12 Weeks’, featured artwork by 12 different artists relating to the title tracks of Bicep’s album.

Capture created almost 100 pieces of micro content for Bicep’s social media channels. Work included a photo-shoot of the t-shirts and video montages of the artistic highlights of each t-shirt.

This was a great, sunny day in the midlands (Northampton) and what better way to enjoy yourself than to go and watch the local rugby team go on the pitch and have a “field” day.

This was an excellent experience and I am very grateful to have been allowed to get content of the team and their preparation for their games.

SOFT KILL X MR. BLACK AMBIENCE PEDAL DESIGN

Commissioned by Soft Kill to create a design utilizing my barbed wire rose for their collaboration with Mr. Black Pedals and Chicago Music Exchange.
SOFT KILL X MR. BLACK was a limited run of 100 Ambience Echo Verb pedals. The original run of 100 sold out within 2 hours. It has since seen two re-releases. The first in a peach/black variant (14 total) and the second as a neon green/black variant.
