Sam came to us in need of photos, videos & social content of his show in Reading, England. 

We needed to record the entire show, to be utilised later on a pay-per-view service. As well as this, we also captured photography of the event and some social content for his channels. 

Sam was super happy with the results, and we're working with him again on both his projects, and projects for bands that he manages!

The Snuts - Live Show Visuals

We designed the visual content for The Snuts 2023 outdoor homecoming shows for 8000 devoted fans SWG3 in Glasgow.

Working closely with the band and lighting / set designer Jack Fone, we created a series of visuals for each track in the set which complimented the band's performance and enhanced the fan experience.

The Kooks - Live Show Visuals

We designed the visual screen content for The Kooks’ 2023 run of shows, which included performances at festivals such as Neighbourhood Weekender, TRANSMT, Fairview Park Dublin, Latitude, Splendour Festival, Camp Bestival and a number of festivals across Europe / the rest of the world.

This included timecode visuals for tracks across the entire set, along with a number of loops for different tracks.

The galactic look for the content was inspired by the band’s latest album ‘10 Tracks To Echo In The Dark’.

We were recently commissioned by Hospital Records to create the live visuals for P Money & Whiney’s audio visual tour which debuted at the the final run of shows at Printworks in London.

The approach for the creative direction consisted of 3 key elements built to reflect each asset of the project, with hard hitting typography, fast paced, dynamic background textures and the inclusion of footage to highlight the unique features. These 3 core elements created the foundations of the 13 full length visuals that were created and cut to each track.

To emphasize on the fans love of the band, we created three different typographic design for the three different tracks, with the live musical visual combining graphic and music creating a lasting memory for the audience.

The Japanese Visual-Kei metal band have released their second single on Apple Music / Spotify / Amazon as those streaming platform. Based on the heavy and intensive sound with melancholic melody inside, it was very impressive pushing me further to generate a coherent of visual for cover image, live visual and music video. The intersection of kinetic typefaces and illustration is a sort of chemical effects help me to represent the sound thoroughly.

I had the pleasure of creating an animated video for Tove Lo's live concert tour, working as the sole animator and storyboard artist. Hired by Ombra Design to bring their vision to life, I took charge of the entire animation process, from storyboarding to coloring and animation. The goal was to create a stunning visual experience to accompany Tove Lo's performance of "Talking Body". My vision for the animation involved an array of clouds, which gracefully transformed into human-like shapes, amplifying the emotions and lyrics of the song. I also collaborated with a skilled editor and compositing artist to achieve the final look and feel of the piece. The end result was an awe-inspiring projection that perfectly complemented Tove Lo's dynamic performance. I'm proud of my work on this project and thrilled to have delivered an unforgettable experience to the audience.

Double Studio had the pleasure of creating live show visuals for alt-J. The song visuals include: In Cold Blood, Left Hand Free, Nara, and Philadelphia. During the project, we had to utilize a variety of software and techniques to create stunning 360 visuals wrapping around the band.

Flux Pavilion 2022 Tour Visuals

Procedural, audio-reactive tour visuals, derived from existing hand-drawn loops and 2D assets that depict the world of Flux Pavilion. These graphics were combined with a mixture of After Effects and Notch, remixing and reusing the existing assets to breathe life into them. Alongside those, we had to create bespoke assets for the opening of the show, introduce some mind-melting moments, as well as to connect the entire show into one cohesive story.
