The Hunna / I'd Rather Die Than Let You In

This was a project that developed through late 2019 into early 2020. The band were looking for something moody and atmospheric, they also had some props in mind. I suggested a neon noir approach that offset the darkness, as well as graffiti and more urban iconography. I created numerous moodboards ranging from Grindhouse, Tarantino inspired typography through to neon and gangster rap insignia. As is often the case many of these ideas fell by the wayside as the core concept emerged of the singer in front of an isolated red door. I also created the monogram that appears throughout the artwork.
