Tactile, unique, textured and emotional, my work is inspired by the internal voice of humanity and the nuances of everyday life. This theme manifests in identity and humanitarian approaches to any brief. To upkeep the child-like nature in all areas of my work, I often experiment with play. What ties it together is my introspectively whimsical observational response to the world, while picking up on the layers of emotional ambiguity. I find joy in balancing opposites!
Although primarily working through traditional line drawing and digital colouring methods, I explore in other mediums from mixed media collage to paint to sculpture, I enjoy keeping an element of tactility in a digital age.
The work I create is consistently passionate and engages in the emotional realm, an energetic realm I believe we all must take part in.
