emp.bikutoru is a media artist from Moscow, Russia. His pseudonym consists of abbreviation of electromagnetic pulse (emp) and wrong calque of his original name in Japanese.

Digital illustration and animation is the main activity of the artist. emp.bikutoru is also working with the musicians. He executed the lyric video “Dance Like Hell” for an English band “Monarchy” in 2016 and animated music video “Jenny GoGo” for an avant-garde American band Xiu Xiu in 2017.
