Award-winning filmmaker and author Elaine Mongeon most recently directed multiple episodes of SUPERMAN & LOIS.

Elaine directed, wrote, and produced the horror short film SWIPED TO DEATH (Hulu / Sundance Institute), which won the Huluween Film Fest Grand Prize in 2019 and is currently available on Hulu and Hulu’s YouTube Channel.

She also directed and wrote the award-winning short film GOOD MORNING via the inaugural Warner Bros. Emerging Film Directors Workshop, in which five filmmakers were chosen from over 5,000 applicants worldwide.  The film streamed on all HBO and Cinemax platforms and screened at dozens of 2018/2019 international film festivals.

Elaine was associate producer and executive on MAGIC MIKE XXL (Warner Bros.), RED OAKS (Amazon), and LOGAN LUCKY during her nine-year tenure working with Gregory Jacobs and Steven Soderbergh. While on their team, she also worked on films and series that include THE KNICK, BEHIND THE CANDELABRA, MAGIC MIKE, CONTAGION, HAYWIRE, and THE INFORMANT.  
 
She is co-author of the YA sci-fi novel DEVASTATION CLASS (Blink/HarperCollins), which won placement on the 2021 American Library Association Core Excellence in Science Fiction Hal Clement Notable Young Adult Books List.
