Sky Larkin - Newsworthy

Tasked with creating a low budget Lyric Video for the excellent Sky Larkin, I turned to the Prelinger Archive to find some great retro stock footage that could be ehtically repurosed. With the Song title inspiring an idea of writing, the printing press was the natural candidate and sped up to fit the swift pace of the song it worked well, simply colour garded and tinted to give a uniform aesthetic.

The actual lyrics were generated by a old Sony title machine, time consuming but gives a suitbaly tactical result, and a nice blend of the past and the not so far away past of technolgies
