Music Video for Miss June

THE BRIEF: A fully animated 2D frame-by-frame music video for Miss June’s ‘PPD’ music video, entirely animated by Ally Baston (me ;) . Televised on ABC’s Rage, the video follows a protagonist stuck in unhealthy patterns, seeking a way to separate herself from the traumas of her past, which are personified as a shadow, before ultimately coming to the realisation she must make peace with her past instead of escape it. Funded by NZ on Air. Created in Toon Boom Harmony.
