Treading the Void

'Treading the void' was a podcast idea that came about during the lockdown. A theatre unable to perform to a live audience, my client struck upon the idea of releasing a disparate series of short stories to be performed as old fashioned radio plays and released on various platforms for which they needed a short ident and brand.

The stories were not necessarily connected by anything other than a loose theme of 'the extraordinary' much like a modern day 'Twilight Zone' or 'Tales of the Unexpected'. The successful solution was one that evoked the eerie video special found in bargain bins in the 80's, complete with a simple John Carpenter inspired synth audio.
