Max is an award-winning motion designer and director. He creates unique content across different applications, including music videos, 360 VR, interactive applications, branded motion graphics and projection mapping. He is currently working as a Designer at 59 Productions in London.

He has received two Vimeo Staff Picks for projects that he directed and initiated, as well as winning Dutch Grand Prix Animation at the Holland Animation Festival in 2015 and Best Cinematography at Berlin Music Video awards 2014.

Max was also a co-founder of Amsterdam based interactive art collective Zesbaans, where they specialise in making artistic interactive installations and VR. During his time there, Max won several awards with Zesbaans including the prestigious IDFA Doclab Award for Digital Storytelling in 2015, as well as a Gouden Kalf Nomination in 2016.
