Max Richardson (They/Them) is a non-binary video artist, queer activist, and 2x Emmy-winning motion designer based out of NYC. Upon graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Film/TV, they joined HBO’s Interactive Design team in 2016 and have helped create a wide portfolio of digital content for a variety of programming, such as Westworld, Euphoria, Game of Thrones, Girls, Curb Your Enthusiasm, among many others.
Within their individual work, their passion for music-centric visual experiences has inspired their engagement as a creator in the music industry. Thriving particularly within the unique medium of artistic lyric videos as well as music video editing and title design, Max has worked as collaborator on projects for Justin Bieber, Macklemore, Machine Gun Kelly, Travis Barker, Loote, Olivia O'Brien, Ezi, and others.
