My name is Jacek Partridge and I am a freelance multi-skilled camera operator based in London, Warsaw and Krakow specialising in live camera operation, video production as well as live-streaming. A bit about myself, I have been exposed to live multi-camera events working in places such as: Burberry, Cisco, BT and Facebook as well as being a production or camera assistant on both feature and multiple short films. I have produced numerous interview as well as BTS videos and recently I have completed both the BBC NALS as well as Public Order training to become one of their freelance camera operators. As mentioned, I like filming music-centred events/programmes and in the past, I have created videos for artists such as Robbie Williams, Westlife, Django Django and helped film a symphonic concert for Marvel as well as edited footage during the Capital Jingle Bell Ball for the Sky One broadcast, however, I do enjoy the variety of work being freelance. Previously I have been called a „Swiss army man for any type of production” and own equipment as well as an EU passport for easier travel that keeps me versatile for any type of job. Over the years, I not only became skilled in the camera department (cinema cameras, ENG, Remotely Controlled Cameras, mirrorless/DSLR) but during the last 5 years, I also focused on live-streaming multi-camera events learning not only how to broadcast but also do some basic vision mixing and recently have produced streams for Aston Merrygold, Bulgari, Pernod Ricard, Klarna as well as a 13h YouTube livestream for Artangel. 2022 started off with Formula E’s first TikTok livestream of the Free Practice session in Diriyah, the Six Nations 2022 Virtual Media Event for the England Team which due to Covid restrictions was held remotely, a Balvenie social media shoot in a local London restaurant and a music video for Jakub Zaborski’s single „Niepotrzebny” which I produced, shot, edited and graded. February culminated with a big internal event for Pernod Ricard which required me to produce a two hour pre-recorded video featuring drone shots, transitions as well as green screen elements and subsequently livestream it with a live Q&A session which was held in person by an eight person panel from the Pernod Ricard HQ. Subsequently, I was approached by the producers of Love Island Poland and joined their team as one of six hot head operators on a two month adventure for season 5 which took place in Spain. The travels did not end there as later I would go to Davos in Switzerland as a video specialist for an Aramco event during the World Economic Forum 2022. Since arriving back in London around June, I was the GoPro Specialist on a couple episodes of A League Of Their Own Season 17 that is currently on Sky and helped livestream two Christie’s auctions featuring Claude Monet’s Waterloo Bridge, 60 Years of James Bond charity auction as well as the one-of-one ‘Ionic Original’ disc of Bob Dylan’s first new studio recording of “Blowin’ In The Wind" since 1962. More recently, I have helped consult on a stream for Alicia Keys promoting her latest album, shot a Malibu Rum Beach Party as well as Absolut Vodka Swap Shop press and influencer event, livestreamed a Hennessy commercial shoot to a client in China, the Burberry SS 2023 together with the recent AW23 show to TikTok, Erdem SS 2023 to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, Sibos 2022 in Amsterdam to their own platform as well as a YouTube backup and there is more to come in 2023 I am sure!
