Eduard G. Micu is a film director, writer and editor based in the United Kingdom who grew up in a post-communist Romania. He moved to England at the age of 19 to attend the film course at Norwich University of Arts. He began his career as a video editor and worked his way up to reach major music productions and artists. Later, he decided to become a director and his understanding of the post-production was an advantage in certain situations. His first short film "Quotidian" has been awarded across Europe and the United States where it has been screened in several states. Eduard Micu is always looking in the dark corners to find light and converts tragedy into comedy as his main approach in film-making is dark humor and awkwardness. However, his passion stands for science fiction with a great look at the big picture, meaning and philosophy.
