Hey, I'm Marcus, an imaginative, spirited and professional filmmaker and founder of The Birdhouse Studio.

During the CV-19 pandemic, I have worked with multiple clients safely on time and on budget, including filming and editing over 250 films throughout all lockdowns in the UK.

I'm known as different things to different clients; Self Shooter, Producer/Director, DoP, Director, Creative Director and Founder of The Birdhouse Studio, but I'm always known to bring bags of personality, creativity and experience to every aspect of each project to deliver truly memorable content my clients (and you) will be proud of.

The Birdhouse Studio are small production studio with large ambitions. Our work is high-end and highly diverse; from music videos and behind-the-scenes documentaries, to creative branded content and social spots.

With over 20 years experience in the industry, I strive to be a highly visual storyteller, focusing on the narrative to help others communicate better. I am passionate at allowing messages to be heard and stories to be told.

Varied, high-end and most importantly well-crafted, I have created music videos, promos and interviews with artists from Julia Michaels, Raleigh Ritchie, and Billie Eilish, to Eric Clapton, Vintage Trouble and Beth Hart.

We’ve also created brand films and social spots for our clients including Lamborghini, Jaguar Land Rover, Chevrolet Corvette, Lotus Cars and Ford.

Available for work in the UK. The Birdhouse Studio own a multitude of cameras and kit, and we are capable of live-streaming, shooting in 360, from the air or ground and up to 12K. TWELVE K, that's all the k's.

Our edit suite and studio in Tunbridge Wells offers chroma (green/blue) screen and voice overs, and if you need something larger, we are partnered with coved studios in London. We have full liability insurance for ground and aerial work.
