Alex Bex is a fine art photographer, working at the intersection of staged photography, snapshot imagery and portraiture. His personal work explores conceptual topics inspired by characters from his surroundings and stories from his past, infused in quirky and upfront aesthetics.

Alex grew up in Texas and France, and lives today in Berlin. He studied Music Production + Artist Development in Paris, and Fine Art Photography at the Neue Schule für Fotografie in Berlin.

Having worked within the music industry for many years, Alex had the opportunity to portray installed artists for press and artwork purposes, and work as a set photographer on various music video and movie sets.
