Tyler the Creator - Video for New Magic Wand (Unofficial)

After I had made a couple of videos for my own music, I was eager to do more. I was listening to Tyler's 'Igor' LP all the time, an incredible piece of work, lyrically, musically and thematically. I wanted to explore the ambiguity of the relationship between 'Igor', the object of his desire and their relationship with another. Is it a man seeing another woman that is causing all this stress, or is it a woman seeing another woman? The song is intense, violent, jealous, pleading.. I used rotoscoping, animation and collage in an attempt to put across how it makes me feel.
