Another High Moon Records release. The Ace of Cups were a band from San Francisco, formed in the late 1960s. They were a popular live band, Hendrix was a big fan but somehow they never made a record. The early recordings are now available and they are back together making great music. The fiddle took me back to the late 19th Century and I had enormous fun colourising and animating old photographs of musicians.
