Graphic design for Sarah Records (Label) by YesPlease

In 2014 ‘My Secret World: The Story of Sarah Records’ won the SWE Royal Television Award for ‘Best Film’. As well as designing the DVD cover we created a range of materials to accompany its release; posters, postcards, badges, balloons and a ‘Making Of’ zine. The first run of posters, postcards and fanzines were risograph printed, to re-create the feel of the original materials that accompanied Sarah Records releases. In the same way we used photographs of Bristol, reminiscent of the way they appeared on Sarah Records’ 7” centre labels and compilation sleeves.
