'Sick Love' - Animated music video for Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Created using cel animation, each frame of this video was illustrated by hand on paper, scanned and then coloured and sequenced digitally. It follows the story of a relationship gone bad between the protaganist Anthony Kiedis and a love interest. The video came about after the band saw a copy of Du Blonde's comic book 'Butt Hurt' and requested a video in the same style, utilising imagery from the lyrics of the single.

The video went on to be used by the band as visuals at live stadium shows on their 2016 world tour. Du Blonde also created the artwork for their tour merchandise and backstage passes.
