001// THE PROJECT

Immanent brought me in to assist with a couple of looks for their client Liquid Stranger’s 2019 Infinity Tour. His brand is centered around an interest in scientific phenomena and they wanted the visuals to match. Drew developed two concepts for me to bring to life: the Multiverse, and the Swarm.

002// INTO THE SWARM

This look was based on the fluid movement of swarming creatures and the fluid dynamics of paint and ink in water and oil. Using X-Particles I generated a series of simulations that visualized elements of this swarming and swirling behavior.

003// VISUALIZING THE MULTIVERSE

Inspired the idea of there being a network of individual universes connected in some way to create the Multiverse, this look explored different arrays and structures that could represent that idea. Organized and chaotic point systems, gridded structures, lattice patterns, and varied forms of symmetry served as the base visual language on which variations were formed to create this series of abstract loops.
