As part of Clarion Events, Clarion Gaming deliver exceptional outcomes and experiences through live events, training and online content in every active gaming market and vertical.
Clarion approached us seeking a different design approach to feature areas at their exhibitions, including ICE London in the UK and iGB Affiliate London.
ICE London is Clarion Gaming’s largest annual event – taking up 40 of the 44 hall modules at ExCeL over a three day exhibition attracting 35,000+ delegates. iGB Affiliate London is the largest iGaming affiliate event in the world and is co-located with ICE London at the ExCeL, inhabiting four hall modules across the duration of the event.
Our assignment, for both events, involved the in-depth design and preparation of all print files, house signage, large format banners, external digital display, floor plans and feature areas.
Our team collaborated closely with Clarion, their sponsors and local suppliers to review each area of the brief thoroughly and provide creative proposals for each feature area. As a result, the event sponsors received added value in the form of increased brand awareness and stand-out feature areas, whilst the organisers received more visually appealing Learning Zones and wayfinding signage.
This dual project ranks as our proudest piece of technical design work to date. This is due to the amount creative work involved, fragile lead time between the two events and tight time frames involved. Having our work represented at two of the biggest global gaming exhibitions, whilst delivering added value for all stakeholders made this project a success, which is supported by Clarion Gaming’s interest to continue our working relationship moving forward.
