Having shot behind-the-scenes footage of Father John Misty in the studio recording God's Favorite Customer, director and cinematographer Grant James enlisted Ben Montemayor to edit together a "making of" video for the critically acclaimed album. With nearly full creative autonomy, the video was a lesson in melding FJM's enigmatic and eccentric style with a mosiac weave of his music and creative process.
