I took a lot of influence from old school labels, publishers and iconic music brands. We wanted to give the logo strength and develop an asset that would stand the test of time. I toyed with concept designs, providing visuals and renders to ensure that the branding would be scalable across AIM’s range of sub-brands and assets. The end result has a really modern feel, but retains a sense of transparency and simplicity that we felt sat well with aim’s values.
