Gyal Flex brought London its first, and dopest, hip hop yoga and meditation classes. The founder believes in bringing some urban coolness to wellness, and is shaking up yoga that can often feel too cliquey. So I created an identity to change yoga culture and alter people’s expectations of the wellness world.
