Thomas Tempest

Thomas Tempest is breaking into the UK hip-hop scene in a big way.

He commissioned these pieces of artwork for his forthcoming album ‘Watch The Tide’. He was on the hunt for an abstract design of a natural composition that represents his sound.

The solution was to create a wavy sea scape consisting of a complimentary pastel pallet inspired by his chilled out hip-hop beats. As Thomas’ uses many samples and loops to create his beats, the composition is made of many abstract individual shapes that when combined together creates a complete piece of artwork.
