I'm Good At Not Crying

Alabaster is a real philosopher, and wanted to use this video to overlay ideas about gender, empire, and the #humancondition.

We built a virtual environment in 3D software, sourced a taxidermied lion (named Simba, who'd lived a long happy life in a zoo in France before turning to music video work), built a union jack shield and a ridiculous helmet, then got the artist into our green screen studio.
