Team Salut x Apple iPhone 15 - WOW

brief: Team Salut was approached by Apple to use one of their singles - WOW on their keynote in September 2023 which featured the Apple Watch and iPhone 15 launch. Both parties were looking for something vibrant but also with a bit of mystery in a particular colour scheme which after a few listens to the track and a couple of drafts and feedback ended up being this silhouette of this lady dancing with some heatmap-like manipulations, blurs, and Photoshop manipulation with what I would call ‘energy’ shapes in the background. Apple quickly approved and what you can see in front of you is the official song and cover art for the iPhone 15 commercial which is airing worldwide as of November 2023.
