Storyteller (Music Video)

St. Nelly-Sade is a Uganda Hip-hop artist. He specializes in a Ugandan music genre known as Luga-flow.

I was commissioned by the artist to create visuals for his song ''storyteller". The artist needed visuals that matched his fast flow lyrics and represented the Ugandan street hustle.

Using a camera phone I recorded his performance which I later on edited in adobe premiere.

I created back backgrounds in Photoshop and animations in adobe animate to match the live action footage, adding some overlays and effects in after effects, bringing the video to life with a gritty street like look.
