Hold Me Back

We are looking for a designer to create a hybrid of a lyric video, interspersed with performance footage to camera. How these two layers intersperse / interact is down to the creative freedom of the designer.

Budget: £500. Please let us know however what a ball-park figure would be for this type of work, as we may be able to find room in the budget for a happy medium.
