Starcrossed

The music video follows a long series

of animated mirrors, frames and paintings

that portray the two protagonists.
Being lovers, they chase each other's reflection while fleeing a threatening presence that stalks them frame by frame, trying to scare them. Every time they

get close to reuniting, the threats forces them apart again, pulling them into new paintings, new versions of themselves.

In the end, one of the lovers dies.

The moment dissolves into metaphorical imagery — a flower blooming with blood, cracked glass,

and other symbolic visuals — before the video closes on the surviving lover left alone in an empty frame.
