New Carnival - Creative Direction
In 2016, I began working with New Carnival who had seen great success with Let Me Shake. The indie band wanted to reimagine themselves and get away from the image of skinny jeans. Drawing on the band’s hip hop influences, the group took a fresh approach and used the urban landscape where they lived as inspiration. A central theme of the colour blue came out of the photoshoot that was commissioned and we used this as an anchor for the majority of assets, such as artwork and social banners, during the campaign.
