Monorail Music

Monorail Music, an independent record shop in the heart of Glasgow, were approaching their 20th anniversary when they asked me to do a much-anticipated merch collection to celebrate. It would be the first t-shirt of theirs, so with my background in merch production and my love for the shop’s legacy, it was a dream project for me to work on.

Their original logo needed an update, but the owners were sure they didn’t want to get rid of it completely, so I made sure to use a variation of the original serif font, implementing a contemporary wavy style. Deliverables included two t-shirts and a tote bag, as well as other social media assets for their 2022 Records of The Year Campaign. The collection ended up selling out in three hours!
