Here is the statement from Carol Van Hemelrijck, the director :

As a female director, I wanted to put women's pleasure at the center of a video. I wanted to show the slow increase of pleasure. No cuts. No effects. But a single take of a choreographed climax with the camera set in a top shot.

It was essential for me to keep it elegant, beautifully lit, but most of all : sensual. If there is one thing I love most as a director, it is SENSUALITY. I find the body (and in this case, the female body) to be one of the most beautiful thing. It's fascinating. I love how it catches light. How it reveals and hides. How it plays with the frame and everything that is out of frame. Showing and hiding. Suggesting.
