Logo design for labels and artists
A selection of logos I have designed for various record labels and artists in the last few years.
My logos for musicians and record labels are designed to work as strong standalone graphics. They have be highly adaptable – recognisable at a vast range sizes, work in any colour, on any background and still have presence when positioned with other logos.
Top to bottom…
- Hierophant Records, a space themed logo for this small electro label, featuring a moon casting a shadow on an abstracted alien planet
- Dyadik, wordmark for a record label. Dyadic means something that consists of two parts or elements, each letter is made from two shapes
- Steven Rutter, one half of B12, released classic albums on Warp Records
- Vertex Recordings, a joint record label from Verdant Recordings and Exalt Records (ver + ex = vertex)
- Touched Electronix, new record label from Touched Music and Furthur Electronix, logo and custom typeface
- Neo Ouija, record label known for releasing lush electronic music since 2000
- Ami, ambigram logo for a tribal fusion belly dancer
- Morphology, two wordmark options and icon for Finnish electro duo
- Derek Carr, Irish producer and DJ
- Dunklet, negative space D wordmark for a club night (Dunklet means darkness/gloom/obscure in Swedish)
