I conducted extensive research into the company’s background, it’s values and the area they were relocating to. As the company prides itself on the sense of community they have established and their grass roots origins, it was essential that the pitch had a distinctly personal touch.

The materials I created for the client included the following: a full project lookbook, setting out the design in detail; a fold out map of the area pinpointing local amenities and transport links; an employee welcome pack including mini brochures regarding nearby health and fitness providers and bars/restauraunts in the area; mock ups of meeting room signage; lasercut packaging for the welcome pack and a lasercut coaster which was used as a prototype marketing tool illustrating that each area within the space could be branded differently according to its individual identity.
