Working with HAREM SCAREM
Yet another example of putting yourself out there and asking. I've been listening to Harem Scarem's music since 1991 and in 2014, through the wonders of #Facebook, I reached out to Pete Lesperance to see what the band was up to... He told me about their re-recording their #moodswings album due out very shortly. So, I asked if they needed any help with #marketing/management or #social #media... The answer was 'not at this time as we're not really into that'.
5 months later I got a Facebook message from Pete asking if my offer was still good and if I was still interested... Yes, I was.
So, we met up at Vespa Music Group (owned by Harry Hess) and listened to their new album #Thirteen, to be released within 13 weeks with a marketing campaign #13weeksto13 and that's what started our working relationship. It's been a #blast ever since.
