1271 Avenue of the Americas

1271 Avenue of the Americas was the first expansion of Rockefeller Center across Sixth Avenue. The building went through an extensive renovation to improve the views and light with a new exterior facade.The client came to us looking to launch a new campaign to promote the extensive renovations done to improve the building and to rent out the remaining office spaces. The goal was to focus on the amenities offered and selling midtown in a way that hasn’t been seen before.
