Descends Upon Us (TRAILER)

This trailer is a small introduction to a full-feature I plan to film by the end of 2021. It is a dreamscape bio-pic on Trans-identity from the lens of co-director Rae Woods, A black trans femme performer from Miami, FL, and their community.

This film creates visibility without the tragedy typically associated with LGBTQ stories. Here, we celebrate and transcend. We discuss community & pleasure and the initiation of this transcendence and its affiliation to divinity.
