Carpetface & Jimi Lyons - B4TheFall

This project was commissioned to raise awareness for NEWBIAS CIC and the Headskillz community outreach project. The green screen elements were shot in an eco salvaged studio converted from an old static caravan. We then cut in stock footage and gave the whole video an animated visual look. The track reflects on the corrupting destructive effect of money and greed on the plight of mankind, eventually leading to the destruction of our world. The concept was to build the film to a dark crescendo using powerful images while still introducing the artists and showing their musicianship. As the track reaches this point of destruction the music and thus the video take a more positive turn and we lead out with a reversal of the destruction, images of blooms and hope, with the positive potential of youth. This was an incredible film to work on and the client was blown away with the outcome.
