For its new Sunday series, FOLD will be booking local artists, moving the booth to the middle of the dance floor and collaborating with designer Paul Nicholson.

UnFold: Breaking the mould of the standard club event, where everyone is dancing facing towards a figure on a stage UnFold gives the artist a new and interesting challenge. Situating the DJ directly in the middle of the dance floor on the same level as the crowd, taking them out of their comfort zone of a nicely isolated DJ booth and dropping them straight into the fire of the dance floor. The outcome? help them connect with the dancers and push them in ways they might not experience in the traditional club setup.
