Common Unity: Brand Identity Concept
Common Unity is a fictitious record label and shop. The aim of the shop has always been to represent the thriving dance music scene in the city by supporting local artists and DJs. The client wants a fresh, exciting brand identity that reflects their ethos of community, boundary-pushing music, and great-looking streetwear.
For this project, I decided to combine both retro and modern elements to create a unique and timeless identity that would stand out in the dance music scene. This aesthetic extends to all branding elements, including typeface, colors, and photography. To show the versatility of the logo, brand deliverables range from physical to digital in the form of both a desktop and mobile website design as well as merchandise.
