Birthday Card - Shy Away Artwork Design Brief

Brief:

We would like to play strongly on the ‘robotic’, repetitive nature and feel of Shy Away as a song.

Minimalistic, sharp edges, simple but interesting textures. Drawing from abstract robotic/science fiction imagery, but not being heavily sci-fi at its core or taking that theme too heavily/literally.

Masks/synthetic faces in the mood board could link especially well to the song’s themes of anxiety and self-doubt (particularly 'I’ve got nothing to hide from you’) so this could be something worth focusing on.

Mood/colours:Fresh, clean whites, light blues and yellows. Colourful yet eery.
