"Between"-Collage

The visual concept of "dehumanization" has always existed in my creations every time. "Human" is something that we are not familiar with and can easily understand, and it is also the easiest medium to be used in various narrative expressions, which will form a difficulty in how to make a breakthrough in uniqueness.

I collected some materials of people who were disfigured after the war and who were born with facial mutilation, and then pasted animal elements in the blank spaces that they lost or did not have as human beings, and combined them into a vague existence between the two to challenge The human and the animal that we can accept the range of understanding between these two major species. A half-human basis gives 50% possibility, for me this should be the birth of a new human being.
