Beaming Light

This was a short artistic project for a film by Daniel Thornton - Room 18 Films. The brief was to create a poster that depicted the scene of the main character been hit by a golden sunbeam, with as creative a spin as possible. Through discussion with the producer, the idea of a retro framing and illustration style became the expression of choice, providing a nostalgic taste well suited to the narrative's focus on a deceased lover from the past.
