Commissioned by all/WITHIN Magazine, I created a series of editorial illustrations inspired by Nicholas Daley’s SS20 collection - a show grounded in rhythm, heritage, and performance. The energy of Sons of Kemet’s live set informed my approach, guiding each drawing’s sense of movement and tempo. The series combines a Conté Pierre Noire pencil drawing with digital colour, balancing muted and vibrant hues to echo the collection’s dynamic palette.
