Project: 30 Short-Form Social Videos for Alayna

I collaborated with Nettwerk Music Group to create a series of 30 engaging, visually stunning, and emotionally resonant short-form videos for singer-songwriter Alayna. This project was focused on highlighting Alayna’s debut album, Self Portrait of a Woman Unravelling, while showcasing her music, artistry, and accompanying lyric journal.

My Role:

  • I edited 30 social media videos tailored for TikTok and Instagram Reels, designed to captivate Alayna’s target audience of women aged 25-32.
  • Each video aligned with Alayna’s themes of self-discovery, introspection, growth, and artistry, while also highlighting her songs, her lyric journal, and her identity as a singer-songwriter.
  • I worked with the assets provided by Alayna’s team, including videos, photos, and creative references, to deliver compelling content that told her story.

Creative Highlights:

  • Dynamic Edits: I brought Alayna’s introspective lyrics to life through dynamic visuals, layered storytelling, and trend-driven editing styles that resonated with her audience.
  • Thematic Cohesion: Each video served as a standalone piece while also contributing to a cohesive narrative across the campaign, seamlessly connecting Alayna’s personal story, her music, and her journal.
  • Call-to-Actions: I strategically placed CTAs to encourage viewers to listen to the album, engage with Alayna’s music, and explore the limited-edition lyric journal.

Impact:

Through my work, I amplified Alayna’s online presence, helping to foster deeper engagement with her audience and positioning her as an authentic, introspective artist. This series supported Nettwerk Music Group in rolling out a successful social media campaign that reflected the emotional core of Alayna’s music and brand.
