K+K are directors Anna Katalin Dobos and Susannah Kala Limbu, represented by Hero Films in London. Between the two of us, our skillset covers creative direction, casting, production, cinematography/videography, editing and colour grading. Our work blends the real and the surreal, through documentary, fashion and music. We are founding members of Somewhere Films, a collective of female filmmakers from London to Los Angeles with a growing network of talented filmmakers. We’ve made branded content, short films, NGO promos, fashion films, music videos and documentaries. Our films are about identity, breaking boundaries and subverting expectations, the intersection of cultures, activism and personal empowerment. Locally and globally (and increasingly as these two spheres overlap), we think that these are the questions and tensions that define our generation.

A documentary aesthetic drives all of our productions; real characters and real stories are at the core, whether it’s the subjects themselves or pulled from the director’s own experiences. We believe that audiences are hungry for more diverse perspectives and narratives, and we've made it our mission to create content that matters. And we're just getting started!
