Plastified: An Ode

This is my graduation project from my Master's in Animation at the Royal College of Art.

Plastified: An Ode takes us on a deep sea dive through a speculative ecology, revealing strange and hidden life forms from Earth. Sonorous pulls and pushes, and ecopoetic ebbs and flows crystallize places where cameras can’t see. Bioluminescent creatures are drawn from the scientific depths, and digitally memorialized by the cause of their extinction - human plastic.

'In my personal work I create virtual landscapes where all nature is acknowledged as wealth. These partially fictional worlds are inspired by feelings of the sublime, and pinpointed by ecopoetic musings and a strong sense of biophilia/ love for nature.'
