[COMMISSIONER] are looking for an illustrator to reimagine 1970s/1980s character for [PROJECT] reissue.
Initially launched in 1970s, the [PROJECT] series pioneered the classical cross over phenomenon.
In 2022 [COMMISSIONER] is reissuing the series with new material and creative.
The original series first featured typographic cover artwork, and the brand was reworked in the early 1980s.
[COMMISSIONER] is looking for an illustrator (preferably with animation skills) to help reimagine and recontextualise the character for a new audience.
The character will feature the new artwork alongside the classic typographic logo and in all associated marketing.
The new character can be reimagined in any style of illustration or photo-realistic 3D rendering but should retain the original's ‘feel’ and tone.
Gender neutrality is important to the brief.
Animation to this character may be required as part of a secondary brief.
